Sti.established on 2004 in Ankara to provide equipment procurement in mining, ore processing, energy and petrochemical industries, manufacture custom made parts from exotic materials, valve and actuator maintenance / repair, site supervision and investment consultancy services.

Hakan Kadıoğlu
Hakan KADIOĞLU graduated from METU (Middle East Techincal University), Department of Mining Engineering in 1996. Since 1997, he has been involved in equipment sales, installation and commissioning in Mining and Ore processing plants.
He has been working in our company since 2004. He has worked as a coordinator/investment consultant in many mining, ore processing and renewable energy projects on behalf of our company.
Hakan KADIOĞLU, founder and general manager of our company, is married with two kids.
Cenk Doğancıoğlu
B. Cenk Doğancıoğlu graduated from METU (Middle East Technical University), Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department in 2003.
He has worked in the field of processing and energy continuously since 2003 and has been working in our company since 2012.
Cenk Doğancıoğlu, shareholder and deputy general manager of our company, is married with one kid.
Mehmet Akdede
He has graduated from AU (Ankara University), Accounting Department in 1999. Since 2000, he has worked in the accounting and finance departments of different sectors, especially in the energy and mining sectors.
He has SMMM (Certified Public Accountant) license. He has been working as a financial advisor, public accountant, director of executive staff and administrative affairs and has been working in our company since 2017.

Onur Karaer
Onur Karaer has graduated from EMU (Eastern Mediterranean University), Mechanical Engineering Department in 2013. In 2014, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at TAAU (Turkish Aeronautical Association University).
Since 2013, he has been working in the Metal and Mining sector, plant installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and repair departments, and since 2016, he has been working as Business Manager in OPAK after his training from Mogas and Caldera Engineering.
Onur Karaer, plant manager of our company, is married with one kid.
İhsan Mehtap
He has graduated from KTU (Karadeniz Technical University) Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department in 2011. In the same year, he completed International Welding Engineering Education at METU.
In international companies operating in the metal and mining industry; He worked as a manager in different branches such as tank-piping system installation, commissioning, special welding applications, quality control, and quality management systems. Completed Level II certifications for EN / ISO 9712 non-destructive testing techniques and SSPC-PCI protective coatings.
Since 2019, he has been working as a welding workshop management, quality control, R&D and field supervision services in our company.
İhsan MEHTAP, production and QA manager of our company, is married.
Uğurcan Öner
He has graduated from Mechanical Engineering of STU (Sofia Technical University) in 2016. Since his graduation, he worked as a Mechanical Installation and Piping Engineer in Mining Facilities.
Since 2018, after his training from Rexa Inc., he has been working as cleanroom management, Rexa actuator repair, maintenance, and commissioning services and Field Supervision services within the Opak family.
Uğurcan Öner, born in 1992, is single.
Çağlar Toprak
He graduated from Karabük University, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department in 2017. In the same year, he completed the International Welding Engineering Education at METU.
He worked as a quality engineer in quality control and quality management systems in the production of defense and railway vehicles. He has VT-PT Level II certifications, EN / ISO 9712 Non-Destructive Testing Techniques.
He has been working as a quality engineer within the Opak family since 2020.

Arda Özelgen
He graduated from İzmir Katip Çelebi University Materials Science and Engineering in 2017. Completed International Welding Engineering Education at METU in 2019.
He worked as a quality engineer in the metal industry and working as a quality engineer within the Opak family.

Burak Ural
Burak Ural graduated from Süleyman Demirel University’s, Automotive Engineering department in 2020.
As of 2020, he is working as a design engineer within the Opak family.
